Megumi Shimizu

Age: 15 Birthday: August 26 Horoscope: Virgo Height: 165 cm She attends the same school as Natsuno, Megumi and hates living in the village and longs for city life. She has a one-sided crush on Natsuno and often daydreams of a relationship with him. Megumi encounters the Kirishiki family in the beginning of the series. She later revives as a Shiki, and is notably one of the most malicious Shikis. Her known kills are Mutou Tohru and Tanaka Yoshikazu, her friend Kaori's father. At the end of the anime series, while making a break for the city, Megumi is caught by a mob of humans and gets her head smashed by a tractor and her heart staked. In the manga, when she is trying to escape to the city, she's distracted by Natsuno and got run over by a car. She dies dreaming of the glamorous city life, while her body gets staked multiple times.
