Hirota Seigi is a 24-years old man from Tokyo's Special Investigation team. He pretended to be Agawa's cousin in order to help her find psychic research people that could deal with the problems in the Agawa house. But he himself doesn't believe in paranormal things and sees all psychic researches as liars and swindlers. He is so narrow minded at this point of view that he even manged to make cold-headed Naru snap in anger. Subject of his research is Naru himself. He suspects Naru of killing his own brother Eugene.
