Tatsuya is the top chief of Kamaekite, the school to which Hiroshi transfered to during the 2 school semestre.
Tatsuya is know by various names: The Inhumain, the idol, etc... He is one crazy madmen who enjoys using his authority over the school students.
He put Hiroshi to the test once he arrived at school. He usually accompanied by 3 of the schools most dangerous guys.
