Hanzou Hattori

A Second Year Student. The student council vice president of the First High School. He is part of Course 1 or better known as the "Blooms," he is characterized as an arrogant and a vain person who looks down on the Course 2 student with such disdain that he would call them names. He also has a high sense of pride that even though he was beaten by Tatsuya in an official duel he doesn't bother to acknowledge his victory.
