Lord Seiran

His first name has not been revealed. He is the current head of the Seiran household and Kiki's father. He has high expectations for his daughter whom he expects with time and training will oversee the Seiran household. It is revealed that he made a deal with Kiki that she would return after serving Zen for five years. This revelation puts some strain between her relationship with Mitsuhide. Before the deadline, Kiki returns with Mitsuhide to see her father and negotiate a longer time to serve Zen, asserting that Zen is a ruler worthy of serving and that she has promised to protect him and his most important person. Knowing that he cannot win against his headstrong daughter, he allows her to return to Wistal Castle, under the condition she will marry and work hard to become the next head of Seiran household. He hopes Kiki will choose a good son-in-law and is relieved when she flatly refuses Hisame's proposal. He is also surprised when she declares she will be the one to propose should there ever be a need. He also wishes for Kiki not to be so formal to him, her coldness reminding him of his wife, and wants her to call him "dad."
