Hikaru Mikado

He is modeled from Hikaru Genji, the main protagonist of "Tale of Genji." Another male protagonist of the series. By the beginning of the series, Hikaru is already deceased, though he comes back as a ghost that haunts Koremitsu. The whole story is built on his request on Koremitsu to fulfill his many promises made to various girls before he was deceased. Hikaru's effeminate looks, romantic behavior, and kindness attract the affection of many girls, but make him hated by the boys at the same time. He likes to use flowers as metaphors to describe the appearances and personalities of people. His death is shrouded in mystery, causing a lot of speculation over who actually killed him. Hikaru is voiced by Yuki Kaiji in the Drama CD adaptation.
