Captain

A manga artist who always wanted to create sci-fi but had to draw moe manga because of editors. He is also the self-proclaimed Commander of the Earth Defense Force whose aim is to protect the Earth from Venusian invaders. Later on, his dream finally came true and he started publishing a manga series called "Galaxy under the Bridge" using people from Arakawa riverbed as prototypes for the characters. As of volume 10, his real name wasn't revealed, however, it was mentioned that his pen name is Kuwabara Potechi.
