Asahi Izumiya

She is a 7th grade student who is bad at sports. She joined the volleyball club right after starting junior high only to quit one month later. She joined the female badminton club after being invited by her bestfriend Umi who noticed that her keen eye and insight can be used as a great weapon in badminton. She is a weak character and player at the start but gradually improved throughout the series.
