Gary Devivie

Gary is Henry Charles Devivie's father. He is a detective investigating a string of murders when he mets his future wife Cissy. In chapter 82, it's revealed that Gary is in fact the murderer. He's eventually stopped and killed by Shishou, who strangles him to death.
