Jiro Shirasu

A Japanese diplomat and politician who served as interpreter and negotiator in the talks between the Japanese government and Douglas MacArthur's GHQ, on account of his education in Cambridge. In Billy Bat, Shirasu is a mysterious character who helps Kevin on one occasion.
