Seiji Chiga

Seiji is a young Japanese man living in Nantucket at Mr. Suehiro's home. He is a very talented artist in training and loves drawing, but is very pessimistic, worries a lot, and is somewhat eccentric. He considers Mr. Suehiro as his mentor, and looks up to and respects him.
