Saechika Hachiouji

A member of Eden's most powerful power users, the Code:Names. Saechika's title is "Code:Closer," a nod to his ability to extinguish the life of everything around him in a specific proximity. He appears after the death of "The Seeking One" to collect the Pandora box from Shigure, who has been working for Saechika all along, and to announce the hunt for Ogami Rei, who now has become a threat due to the Code:Emperor's soul in his left arm having awakened. His uniform shows that Saechika goes to the same highschool as Toki's. His power is later revealed to be "Shadow", similar to that of Hachiouji Rui's. When he uses it to assimilate her power and reveals the mole under his right eye (which she also has), Rui realizes Saechika is in fact her long lost little brother.
