Takeshi Ishii

He is the oldest Ishii Brother. Was know on Southern Prefecture as one of the Bosses of the Invincible Rats, the strongest bike gang of the south. He is cousin of Yagisawa Akira. He lost a fight to Bulldog, than joined Kurotaki Allience.
