A voice actor from Aoni Production, Kamiya Hiroshi. He takes part of the secret organization, Hibiki, which exists to help troubled girls. He is pretty much mean towards OnoD. In the words of OnoD, he's too much for a sadist for his own good. Anyway, he loves cats and very nice to girls.
