Chapa-O

A famed competitor known for his strength, he loses to Son Goku in the preliminary rounds of both the 22nd and 23rd Tenka-ichi Bud0kai's. He is named after the Indian food Chapati. In the anime, he was the second victim to be attacked and murdered by Tambourine, but was revived due to the Dragon Balls.
