Gothic

Gothic is the leader of the Syndicate. His main goal is to be in control of the country by using drugs, as well as the Eto Gun and Zodiac Gun. Gothic is actually the father of Mingchao. In the past, when she was a baby, his wife died because she was ill and couldn’t find proper treatment because she was Chinese. Gothic wanted revenge on America because of what he had lost, and wanted to use the Eto and Zodiac Guns to do it. However, his father—Mingchao’s grandfather—found out and fled New York with Mingchao and the guns in tow. Gothic created the Syndicate to find the guns, as well as the location of a large stash of drugs hidden somewhere in New York, a stash he planned to use to take control of the country. He can use both the Eto Gun and the Zodiac Gun because he branded both symbols on his palm. Gothic is eventually defeated—killed—when Mingchao and Baskerville shoot the Eto Gun together using all the animal essences at once, which created the dragon bullet.
