Zhou Zi

Zi Zhou is the father of Wu Geng and the emperor of the Shang dynasty. Powerful and mighty he is one of the few mortals who can challenge the gods and dare them to unleash their wrath on him. He is also the wielder of the legendary armor Immortal Phoenix, a divine beast which resides within the suit of the armor. It absorbs the life force of the wielder but it grants amazing skills and power. He was fighting very good against three gods single handedly while he was wearing the armor. Tian who is the strongest god in the series, he was the one who easily defeated and killed Zi Zhou. Zhou fought bravely until his final moments against Tian. In season 2, in the battle of Zi Yu vs Zhen Chan, when Yu was trapped in Zhen's powerful Boundless World ability, in one of the illusionary moments he met Zhou and they started talking, even though Zhou was just an illusion, at some point, he tells Yu that he wants to see Wu Geng, his son. Yu tells him that Wu Geng reminds Zhou a lot, especially in the headstrong part, Zhou tells Yu that Wu Geng still needs his guidance and he must live on, as Zi Yu promises he says a final goodbye to Zhou and Zhou says to Yu to take care as well, after that, Zhou disappears.
