First introducted in chapter 15 as a assassin working for Madam. In chapter 18, he works for a new "master" whose goal is to destroy the Madaraki household. Veronica comes in contact with him multiple times but fails to eliminate him. He asks Fran to perform multiple surgeries on him, so he gains new powers.
