Uruki's father and the prince of Hokkan, Temudan Roun (テムダン·ロウン?) was originally set to inherit the throne, but had developed a strange disease which caused his limbs to slowly fall off bit by bit. Each of his missing limbs are replaced with one made of lead. Because it was expected that he would die by age 20, Temudan abdicated in favour of his younger brother. However, Temudan did not die from his disease when expected and became the first-in-line to the throne after his brother. Because of a prophecy stating the arrival of the Priestess of Genbu would result in Temudan's death by Uruki's hand, Temudan is intent on killing his son as soon as possible. Hagas is currently under his command.
