Shigi

Shigi is a commander in the Kutou army, loyal to Prince Hakei. He and his direct subordinate Hien are bent on killing the Genbu Seishi and their Miko, Takiko Okuda. He has a calm and cruel personality and is psychotically blood thirsty, killing anyone and everyone who stands between him and victory. He's also an excellent tactician and holds a fair bit of sway in commanding the troops. Shigi is always smiling, even while torturing or killing, and is very polite in his manner of speech. He believes strongly that Genbu must not be summoned, at all costs. In Viz's North American release, Shigi's name was changed to Ziyi. (Wikipedia)
