Pakka

Pakka is the ETU mascot. He is a Kappa and has the jersey with the number 12. He is stated to live in the Sumida River and claims that kids are his enemies. He is usually around for their home games and his image adorns the ETU team bus. During the All Stars Game, Pakka received a red card during the mascots game show for tackling the Nagoya Grand Palace mascot.
