Cleaner

He's hiding his face with masks and bandages. He's main tasks were to monitor the Homunculus and clean up the mess left after assassinations—mainly to kill any witnesses. At the end of the story it turns out that Cleaner is actually the Count of Saint-Germain (サンジェルマン伯爵).
