Onizaki Mitsuba

Was the Mitsuba family doctor but quit and is now the school's doctor that Himeno attends. He was the first one to find out about Himeno's diamond heart and the process to get the wish. He was also the one to announce it to everyone in the world which is why so many know about the diamond heart.
