Pierre

Pierre is Salt's best friend and partner-in-crime, helping him in the mission of stealing. After Charles died, Pierre told Salt that Charles already knew about his thefts. One day, Pierre had seen him praying in the church for God's forgiveness for Salt's bad acts, since he had no choice but to do that in order to support him, who'd lost the movement of his arm. Seven years later and on Christmas day, Pierre is seen visiting Charles, who had become a tree thanks to the curse of the Cauchemar called Cornet, but had lost contact with Salt at some point.
