Director Rockswell

The School Director of St. Kleio's Academy. He is incredibly free spirited, but has a cruel side. He antagonizes people just to see their reactions. Kuroe despairs over his antics and the students go out of their way to avoid him. He has 'adopted' Pandora as his daughter. He considers the clones to be less than human, and strangled Pandora without hesitation despite joking around with her only moments before.
