Onna Banchou

She is a leader of a girl gang and attempts to take over the school. A violent and cruel bully who advocates capital punishment for stealing food. She takes over because she believes all that Shou does just gets them into more trouble. Her friends who help her in tyranny over the school are Tomeko and Hatsuko
