Rady

Rady is a public safety officer. He was forced to work with Vivi when one of their buildings were overrun with terrorists. Vivi criticises his skill by saying "disqualified". When he is infected with the virus by a Kamiyadori, Vivi kills him. (Source: Wikipedia)
