Tanpopo

Tanpopo is a Japanese fortune goddess. As a child, Tanpopo wanted to make people happy using her "fortune energy". Unfortunately she had Low amounts of Fortune Energy, and her attempts to fulfill people's wishes ultimately backfired on them, and many of her benefactors has succumbed to greed and blamed her for their misfortune.
