Tsumugi Tokigami

A sixteen-year old miko of Tokigami lineage. Because of this, she was bound to her family's shrine since she was six. She is kept caged within the shrine's parameters to act as a sort of safeguard in case something happens with Japan. Due to the lack of contact from the outside world, she is quite ignorant of matters such as love and innocent as well. She bound herself to Letty, once the latter freed her from the bonds that kept her tied to the shrine.
