The king of Victorias. He feared the Evila would kill all the Humas, thus summoned heroes to stop them. It was revealed that even for a chance at peace with the Evila, he would reject the offer and instead prefers to wage war against them as revenge for his deceased daughters he sacrificed to summon the heroes. Rudolf believes that peace can only be attained when the Evila are eradicated.
