Robin

A maid who works at Tsukiko's mansion, she is often see tidying up and helping out with meal preparation and pest extermination. She seems to be some kind of Frankenstein like monster (as suggested by the stitches visible all over her arms and legs, and the extension cord coming out of her blouse) and she has laser beams that can bed shot out of her eyes. She is also hinted as having feelings for Kodaira (she explains her heart starts to beat in a way she has never experienced, and Tsukiko suggests it might be love). It is later revealed that Robin was originally the daughter of a German officer during WWII and was injured in a car accident. She limped to a nearby building which just happened to be the home of a scientist trying to create a cyborg for the Nazis. The scientist killed Robin and inserted her brain into a modified body that had been the scientist's daughter before he killed her.
