Misato Yamashita

Machako is thirteen years old and in seventh grade. She is Macharu's little sister and they look alike. She has a little crush on his friend Atsu because he is really kind to her. She plays the piccolo in the school band. She is nervous to play so she asks Atsu to come watch her. A boy named Huira is always telling her she is not good and should give up on playing. She doesn't like Huira too much. Misato is the name her friends call her. Machako really likes Atsu at the end of volume two.
