Kane MacDougall

He's the Bentenmaru's helmsman, he is also a school teacher in Hakuhou Girls Academy and the adviser of the school's yacht club. It is revealed in ep.25 that he has a twin brother who is also a helmsman on board the Parabellum his name is Shane MacDougall.
