Eisuke Tachibana

Eisuke, the owner of the apartment that caught fire, says that since he saved Rui from the fire, that he should live in her home! He is a Playboy, but he has helped Rui a lot. He leaves Rui after being found living with her, and comes back after two years. He is now her new teacher and is living next to Rui, in her old appartment. He is engaged with Chika, but he leaves her just before their wedding, after Rui ran into the church and confessed her love for him and kissed him. He ends up with Rui at the end.
