Natsuo

After defeating the high school's current banchou, Kyoutaro, Natsuo takes his position. Natsuo is also Mafuyu in disguise. Natsuo, like Usa-Chan Man, is an unseen member of the Displinary Club, who only takes action when there's an emergency.
