Birthdate: May 15 Blood type: A Height: 186 cm A delinquent introduced as the "Banchou" of Midori ga Oka on the 7th chapter of the series. Since Takaomi's plan was to have the school get more students... he told Mafuyu that the Disciplinary club's first job is to take down the Banchou. He knows Morse code and understood what Mafuyu was sending out to him when they were to battle the first time. The next time they meet, Mafuyu was disguised as a boy (since she accidentally broke her "Usa-chan man" mask) so that nobody would recognize her—especially Hayasaka. When she was able to isolate him away from his followers, he was easily knocked out by one punch from Mafuyu, declaring that she was now the Banchou. Even though he's a delinquent...he's actually very fond of cute things and is a romantic. In the 9th chapter, it was revealed that he was suspended for awhile but Mafuyu bumps into him in the streets and he offers her some ice cream. She finds out that he's depressed because he wasn't strong enough to be a Banchou and so Mafuyu cheers him up. Later that day, it was revealed that the pen pal that Mafuyu exchanges letters with is actually Okegawa himself; his pen name being "Ichigo Love."
