Kento Nogami

The bancho of Kiyama High. He's the one that orders the Kiyama's delinquents to harass Midorigaoka's girls in order to draw Kanon Nonoguchi out. He's actually a former classmate of Nonoguchi's. He used to have a crush on her but didn't know how to deal with his feelings, so he picked on her instead. As things progressed his teasing got worse which got him finally beaten by her. His friends watching this thought he was getting bullied and tried to help Kento so they ganged up on her and torn apart her favorite book. Later, he attempted to apologize but wasn't successful. Nogami has long blamed himself, and was using his position as bancho to get to her.
