Tonami Shibata

Ever since Shibata was a kid he has seen things other people can't see when it rains. Because of this he is a withdrawn and depressed charater searching for a reason he sees these things (like fish). Due to this he likes to read a lot and is very interested in old fashioned things like boomerangs. Then he meets Mitsuki the first person he meets after seeing her in his visions first. They share something in common, when it rains they both experience things no one else can. This binds them together in ways neither of them can imagine.
