Ryoma Sakamoto

A Tosa ronin and master of the Hokushin Itto Ryu (Hokushin Single Sword Style). Acclaimed critic of the shogunate (and the Shinsengumi), but no member of the rebels. Speaks strangely, his weapon is a Smith & Wesson revolver. Was a friend of Tetsu's father.
