Yakumi Uchiha

Yakumi Uchiha was a member of the Uchiha clan during the years preceding the Uchiha Clan Massacre. As a member of the Konoha Military Police, he assisted Fugaku Uchiha. He felt a strong affection toward the Uchiha clan and was fiercely loyal to it. (Source: Narutopedia)
