Akira Sawaki

Akira is one of Shima's former university classmates. He is introduced when a series of bombing threaten the city. His closeness to Shima gives him the right to know about Eiji's power. Unfortunately, it turns out that he was the culprit, but being a master manipulator with an IQ above 200 and advanced knowledge in psychology made him manipulative and untouchable. Even in jail, he is able to continue his crimes, manipulating people, which will help him going out, once he manages to distract Shima.
