Miss Tachibana

Genius scientist of Tachibana laboratory. Tachibana competes yearly in the Creature Championship Tournament. She creates Raiden-18 out of the finest human parts available. Most of Miss Taichibana's background is a mystery, but it is later reveal that she's hundreds of years old as she was seen in a picture with Mary Shelley back in 1815.
