Silvio Clerici

One of the people working for the Red Raven organization. His title is "RR I," also known as the "Fallen Hangman." He's an ex-Carabinieri who was kicked out of the police force for not being able to hold back when it came to apprehending criminals. He's considered the strongest fighter among all Ravens and his weapons of choice are two big cuffs, used to strangle his victims. He wears glasses and is very enthusiastic about his work. Has a very serious personality and a tattoo with a woman holding a scale and the word 'giudizio' (judgement) on his right hand.
