Kevin Costa

Kevin is a young boy and Sccaggs' reverse number 006. He has sharpened 'shark' teeth and is very sadistic and brutal. His philosophy is that everything that takes shape, gets destroyed in the end so that's why he's determined to destroy everything in his way. He's also very agile and acrobatic and wields a huge cross-shaped, shuriken-like weapon with which he slays his targets without mercy.
