Lobelia

A red-haired young woman, dressed as a nun, who is actually a member of Sccaggs and works under their orders. She's the reverse number 005 and her weapon is the "Centipede". She's slightly mentally unstable, showing both concern for orphans and brutality towards those she considers her enemies. It turns out that she's actually Walter's childhood friend, Emily, who supposedly died in a fire, 15 years prior to the main storyline. She managed to survive and was picked up by Sccaggs who made her into their guinea pig and turned her into a weapon. As a result, she became mentally unstable and stuck in the past, not recognizing Walter again. As a homage to him, she also dyed her hair red and swore to make the world a better place for children and people like Walter. She later dies in Walter's arms.
