Toshi Kumakura

Toshi Kumakura is a professional mahjong player and a supporting character in the manga "Saki" and its spin-off manga "Saki: Achiga-hen episode of side-A." She was previously a scout for a professional mahjong team in Fukuoka. Toshi became a consultant for Miyamori Girls' High School in Iwate Prefecture several months prior to the main story and is very perceptive in the abilities of other players. She is responsible for bringing Toyone Anetai into Miyamori's mahjong team. As a scout, Toshi had brought Achiga Girls' Academy alumna Harue Akado into the professional mahjong arena. She is highly skilled and was able to defeat the likes of Shiromi Kosegawa, Kurumi Kakura, and Sae Usuzawa with relative ease. She can complete a renchan and used it to put them all below 0 points.
