Satou Makoto, after studying at an all-boys school his entire life, becomes a teacher in his old school with one difference: he is to become the first male teacher in the school's longer-standing all-girls high school section, substituting temporarily for another teacher. Makoto is nervous of being suddenly surrounded by girls, and so he goes to preview the school on an off-day. However, he unexpectedly sees a student sleeping on a desk in a classroom. As he admires her closely, she suddenly wakes up and kisses him on the lips. Immediately afterwards, the girl apologizes and explains she is actually an actress, needing practice for an upcoming kiss scene. Makoto falls for this girl, named Sugiura Ibuki, who turns out to be in his class, despite her low attendance caused by her work.
