Hideo, due to his terrifying gaze, is constantly misunderstood by society as a rogue. Having lost his faith in the world, Hideo considers committing suicide as he can not find a job and is currently a shut-in, which is when he stumbles across Wiruko, and decides to join the "Seimahai."
