Seiko Matano

Seiko Matano is a second-year student at Shiraitodai High School in West Tokyo and a supporting character in the manga "Saki". She has a calm and patient attitude. Matano's ability is to easily declare repeated pon, which is depicted as catching the tile that she just called with her fishing rod. After her third pon, she will usually tsumo within five turns, making her a fast player. While playing safe, Seiko relies heavily on suji and honor tiles.
