Bibibi-bi Bi-bibi

He is the second child of the Five Hair Siblings (older than Bu-bubu, Be-bebe and Bo-bobo, but younger than Ba-baba), and is the last antagonist of the original Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo manga. (Source: Bobobo Wikia)
